Alpstein takes bovine skin through to finished collagen inside one production line, under one quality system, in one place. The steps in between were developed by Alpstein and are proprietary. What they produce is measured by independent laboratories and shared with customers.

Skin

Skins from accredited Australian herds arrive with their traceability records. From here the material stays within one line and one quality system.

Process

The collagen is extracted and refined through a sequence of steps developed by Alpstein. Each step is monitored by instrument and verified against specification. The detail is shared with customers under NDA.

Purify

Separation and purification bring the material to its specified fragment profile and purity. Analysis confirms both before the run continues.

Filtration and fill

Filtration completes the run before fill. Each vial ships with its certificate of analysis and traceability record.

Purity

Measured by independent laboratories and reported with each study.

Consistency

Material from one delivery is compared with the last, and the comparison is shared.
